Alliance Risk Group is proud to announce that Connor White, Background Investigative Coordinator and Client Specialist, has received FCRA Basic Certification from the National Association of Professional Background Screeners. White is certified in compliance and best practices with a basic knowledge of FCRA regulations. He completed a series of webinar trainings and passed a certification exam with a score of 96%.

FCRA Certification means that Alliance Risk Group is staying abreast of the increasingly complex laws that impact background screening. Alliance is committed to thoroughly understanding FCRA laws, which mitigates non-compliance problems with obtaining and using information contained in a background check. According to their website, the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) exists to promote ethical business practices, compliance with the FCRA, equal employment opportunity and state and international consumer protection laws relating to the background screening profession. As quoted on the NAPBS website, “Countless businesses can claim a safer workplace as a result of the services provided by professional screening firms.”
