Mario Pecoraro will present at the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association (CRBOMA) on the topic of corporate/background investigations, employment screenings, compliance and risk mitigation on Wednesday, November 13.  His presentation will cover the following topics: Background Investigation Policy Implementation, Negligent Hire/EEOC/FCRA Compliance Employment Investigations – Internal, Employee Handbook Assistance (with Background Screening Policies), Termination Assistance and Support.

United Iroquois Shared Services (UISS)

Mario Pecoraro will make a presentation to the Central New York Human Resource Directors in Syracuse, New York.  He will speak on the topics of insurance fraud investigations and corporate/background investigations. The first presentation will be an overview of what constitutes fraud in New York and how to help maximize results to build a solid case both civilly and criminally. The corporate/background investigations presentation will review background investigations from vendor to employee – how to navigate properly through the process to maximize due-diligence and minimize conflicts including reducing Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) claims.
