This NAPBS Member Advisory Regarding the NYC Fair Chance Act was Reprinted from their Notice Issued on 10/23/15

Effective October 27, 2015, under the New York City Fair Chance Act employers can inquire about criminal record only after a conditional offer of employment is made and requires employers to provide a written copy of the inquiry (consumer report), analysis, and supporting documentation to applicants.
