The presentation will cover the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and its importance to HR Professionals. Mario Pecoraro will review case studies of EEOC lawsuits and discuss a Bill in Congress that seeks to limit the enforcement power of EEOC. Participants will also learn best practices to comply with EEOC Guidelines.
