The keynote speakers include:
Stedman Graham – Chairman and CEO of a management and marketing consulting firm; Well known for his appearances on the Oprah Winfrey Show. He will speak on Identity Leadership (knowing your identity and maximizing your potential.)
Dan Thurman – Author and Peak Performance Coach; The title of his presentation is “Off Balance on Purpose” (using challenges to redesign your life and businesses.)
Jennifer McClure – Speaker, Trainer, HR Executive and Coach; Her presentation is titled, “The Future of HR: Delivering Competitive Advantage Through Innovative People Strategies.”
Jeanne Meister – Founding Partner of Future Workplace, a consulting firm dedicated to assisting organizations in re-inventing the workplace. Jeanne will paint the picture of the future workplace in 2020 and beyond.

M3 – B: Maximize Due Diligence and Minimize Conflicts (General HR)
In this presentation, participants will examine all aspects of due-diligence in the hiring process – reasonable care taken to limit the risk associated with making a hiring decision. He will review the differences between various court level searches and the pros and cons associated with each. Participants will learn the various searches available throughout the applicant verification process and the factors to consider when an adverse hiring decision is made. He will also review a step-by-step case study of an employment screening investigation.
