Christopher Patrie, Director of Human Resources, Janitronics

Chris is Director of Human Resources for Janitronics Inc., an industry leading facility services contractor servicing world class commercial partners in nano-technology, pharmaceutical, educational, healthcare, and Class A office environments. Chris manages and oversees all human resources initiatives and responsibilities for the company’s corporate headquarters and branch offices throughout New York and Vermont. Prior to joining Janitronics in 2006, Chris held progressive human resources and operations management positions for regional and Fortune 50 corporations. His twenty-plus year human resources career has allowed him the opportunity to speak publicly on a variety of business and social issues. He volunteers his time as a long-time member of the Business Advisory Council for Northeast Career Planning, Board of Directors for Capital Area Human Resources Assoc., Past Chairman, Government Affairs, NYS SHRM Legislative District Captain, NYS Business Council Legislative Committee, and various community programs.

 

 

 

Glen P. Doherty, Shareholder, McNamee Lochner P.C.,

Glen Doherty is the chair of McNamee Lochner’s Employment and Labor Practice Group. He represents employers across New York State and his practice includes advice and counsel on a broad range of matters such as discipline and discharge, wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, governmental audits, drug and alcohol testing and safety and health compliance. Doherty is a frequent lecturer on a wide range of employment and labor topics for various bar associations and employer groups. Since 2000, he has authored Employment and Labor Law Review, a monthly article published by the Albany County Bar Association. He has served on the board of numerous not-for-profit organizations, including St. Peter’s Hospital Foundation, Maria College, Albany County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.

John’s hands on security experience dealing with real time cyber security attacks and remediation offers a valuable resource to organizations’ cyber preparation.
